Approval Planning (HOAI Service Phase 4)

The submission for building approval (HOAI Service Phase 4) is carried out, for all projects requiring a building application, in cooperation with a partner architect entered on the list of architects of the Chamber of Architects of North Rhine-Westphalia (AKNW). The remaining service phases (LP 1–3 concept/design as well as LP 5–9 execution planning through to construction supervision) are performed by the managing director directly.
